One visit. One straightforward price. A much shorter to-do list.
Most visits include 3–5 items depending on the time and complexity involved. Send me your list and I'll let you know what we can reasonably accomplish during your visit.

The door that doesn't close properly. The pictures that still haven't been hung. Trim that needs repairing. Old caulk that needs replacing. New hardware that's still sitting in the box.
Individually, they may not feel big enough to call a contractor.
But eventually you just want someone to come in and take care of them properly.

I created this business around something simple: homeowners often have projects they care about but struggle to find someone who will give them the same level of attention as a larger job.
I enjoy solving those problems.
My approach combines craftsmanship, practical problem-solving and respect for the people and homes I work with. Whether I'm adjusting a door or working through a larger finish-carpentry project, I want the finished result to feel considered — not simply completed.
